What can the community help me with?

Our community is hosted on Slack, and it is specific to NYC pet parents. It's a unique opportunity to connect with pet parents in your area to share tips and tricks so you can learn from each other, find out about pet friendly restaurants and events, and join virtual events hosted for the community by pet care experts.

What is the bite size content in the membership?

Our content is meant to be a one stop shop for all the information you'll need. Content is written and vetted by professionals so you can rest assured you're getting reputable advice. All our content is bite size, so every piece is no more than 2-3 paragraphs. Essentially, we've removed all "fluff" you find online. When you register, you'll get content specific to your dog's development right to your inbox so you know you know everything you need to know.

Tell me more about the perks included. How does it work?

Pet parenting is expensive, so we have a bank of deals and discounts you can take advantage of. You can think about it like AAA for pet parents. Some are brand partnerships where you can get products you'll love at a lower price, and others are experiences, such as pet parent first aid & CPR classes. We're always adding more and our goal is to provide you more monetary value back than you are paying for the membership.

Are there any additional fees on top of the monthly subscription fee?

No additional fees. We only have one membership option so once you're signed up, you'll have access to everything we offer. Each membership comes with 3 x 15 minute video calls with providers. If you'd like to purchase additional video calls, you are able to on your dashboard for $10 each.

Is there a minimum time commitment required to join?

No, there is no minimum commitment. You are billed monthly and can unsubscribe at any time.

How does a consult work?

You can book a 15 minute video or phone consult directly on your dashboard. If you book a video call, you'll receive a Google Meet invite that you can use to log in at your designated time. If you book a phone call, the provider will call you directly at the number you provide. During your time together, you can describe your situation and ask all the questions you'd like.

How often can I book a consult with a provider?

You can book a consult as often as you'd like.

How do you vet providers?

We take our vetting process seriously. All our providers have at least 5 years of experience, and in most cases have more than 15 years, and have received high reviews for their work from employers and pet parents they've helped. Specifically, they undergo a three step interview process, enhanced background check, and are licensed by an accredited board where applicable. You can read more about vetting process here.
